Terms of Use
The basic rules for using Easy Web Publish and publishing material through the service.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you create an account, upload material or publish a Page using Easy Web Publish. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to follow these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Information you provide when registering should be accurate enough for us to operate and support your account.
3. Your content remains your content
You keep ownership of content that belongs to you. By uploading or publishing material, you give Easy Web Publish the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, display and deliver that material so that we can operate the service and make your published Pages available.
4. You must have the right to publish what you upload
You are responsible for the text, images, photographs, audio, video, documents, links and other material you upload or publish. You must own the necessary rights, have permission from the rights holder, use material under a licence that permits your use, or otherwise have a lawful basis for publishing it.
This includes copyright, trade marks, privacy and other rights. Adding a credit or source link does not by itself give permission to use copyrighted material.
5. User-published Pages are not our opinions
Pages are created and supplied by individual publishers. Views, opinions, claims, recommendations and information appearing on a user-published Page belong to the relevant publisher and do not necessarily represent the views of Easy Web Publish or its operators. We do not routinely endorse or verify user-published content.
6. Content that is not allowed
You must not use the service to publish material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, is fraudulent or deliberately deceptive, contains malicious software, unlawfully discloses personal information, or is otherwise likely to expose the service or other people to legal or security risk.
7. Reporting copyright or other concerns
If you believe a Page infringes your copyright or other rights, or contains material that should not be hosted, please use the Report this Page link shown on public Pages or email support@easywebpublish.com. Please include the Page address, the material you are concerned about, why you believe it should be removed, and enough contact information for us to respond.
We may ask for further information where needed to understand a report. We may restrict access to or remove material while a report is considered.
8. Removing content or accounts
We may remove or restrict access to content, suspend an account, or disable use of the service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, rights may be infringed, the service is being misused, or action is needed to protect the service or other people.
9. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Easy Web Publish available and reliable, but we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the service develops. You should keep your own copies of important material.
10. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that. Subject to that, Easy Web Publish is a publishing and hosting service and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability or legality of material supplied by users merely because it appears on the service.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Notice explains the essential cookies and browser storage currently used by the service.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops or where legal or operational requirements change. Where a change materially affects registered users, we may provide additional notice or ask users to accept updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms, reports about content and copyright concerns can be sent to support@easywebpublish.com.
